All it takes is 30 minutes a week (for 3 weeks), a phone, and an open mind.

The Jewish Wellness Challenge is for anyone ready to bring more balance, intention, and vitality into their life. If you've ever felt scattered, depleted, or like you're moving through life on autopilot — this challenge is for you. No prior knowledge of Jewish tradition is needed. Just an open mind and the willingness to invest in yourself.

Most challenges take around 5 minutes, while the partner learning takes about 30 minutes once a week.

Once a week, you and your partner will sit down together — over the phone or online — for a guided, 30-minute conversation rooted in that week's material. We take care of everything: the partner, the content, and a meeting time that works for both of you. All you have to bring is yourself.

You're human. You and your partner can reschedule sessions directly when necessary so you can keep pace with the challenge.

Your partner will be another Jewish adult from somewhere around the world — someone close enough in age that you'll likely find you have more in common than you'd expect. Not a coach, not an expert — just someone showing up for the same reasons you are, equally committed to the journey. And if the connection isn't quite right? We're here to help make sure you find a partner that's right for you.
