Happiness Challenge?

The Happiness Challenge is a 3-week journey of learning, connection, and growth, rooted in the wisdom of the Torah. As a mentor, you’ll guide a fellow Jew through powerful insights on happiness, strengthening your own understanding along the way.

We’ve created prepared session guides and exclusive content for this program. Each session guide covers a different aspect of happiness, based in Torah wisdom. All you have to do is show up, and bring a willingness to grow, learn, and share with another Jew.
