Once you sign up and get paired with your partner, you’ll dive into three 30-minute sessions over three weeks. It’s simple, powerful, and designed to fit into your life.

Sessions happen once a week for three weeks, and you get to choose a time that works for you. When you sign up, just let us know your availability—we’ll make it easy.

Even better? Sessions are virtual, so you can fit them in on your lunch break, in between meetings, or whenever works best for you. There’s never been a simpler way to invest in your happiness.
